• How long before I receive my order?

7-10 business days which includes payment processing. Please keep in mind that ALL products are handmade.

• Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, all orders include a tracking number.

• Are there refunds or exchanges?

No refunds or exchanges UNLESS package is damaged during transit. We are not responsible for loss and/or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by USPS.

• Are the bars vegan? 

Our bars are cruelty free and some of the glycerin used in the ingredients is plant based however we do include goat's milk as well.

• How do I become an ambassador?

Please submit your interest on our contact page and we will respond within 24 hours for details. 

• Why are bars different colors? 

All bars from the same category are created with the same set of ingredients and vary in color for creative purposes and for a fun consumer experience!
